It was a shift in the industrial landscape that marked the birth of Panel Solutions, Inc. When Forbo Industries chose to divest its panel manufacturing division—then known as Vicracoustic, Inc.—a private buyer stepped in, acquiring the business, and its intellectual property, physical assets, and the heart of its workforce.
Rather than reinvent the wheel, the new owners of Panel Solutions embraced the legacy. Many seasoned employees stayed on, ensuring that the craftsmanship, quality, and customer service that had earned trust for over 25 years remained intact.
